Ms. Winnie Lai
Winnie is now working as a ministers' apprentice in a local church. She graduated from Monash with a Bachelor in Psychological Science and Business. Upon her graduation, Winnie ran and organize recruitment events for one year in an insurance company and then a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in developing marketing strategies and managing digital project builds for large international brands for three years.
In university, Winnie never thought that she would be in the marketing field. But after working for a year, she realized the importance and value of marketing in society today and decided to learn it for her church. With no marketing basics, Winnie took the risk to join a marketing agency. In her first year of working, Winnie was faced with a lot of difficulties and pressure at work as she was given huge responsibilities with the little experience and knowledge that she had. Yet Winnie was focused and determined to glorify God by learning this skill for her church.
Mr. David Kuok
David graduated from International Medical University with a Bachelor of Pharmacy and worked at a private hospital pharmacy for 2 years. During his time in university, he actively served in his Christian Fellowship and was the Vice President of IMUCF. It was then that he saw the need for pastors in Malaysia and decided to train to be a full-time paid minister. He enjoys serving in the Sunday School ministry and looks forward to the day where he can produce theologically rich materials for kids. He is happily married to Emerlyn and they have a little girl called Abigail.
