The Ministry
2-3 Aug 2024

  • Intro

The Ministry that we do is the ministry of Christ; it’s God’s ministry. It is not merely a heavy responsibility; it heavily matters. In fact, whether you make the most of what you can do for God is perhaps the one thing that matters the most in your life.

It's not about switching careers, it's not about finding a better life. God’s ministry is something that all sinners who have been redeemed by the gospel are called to. It’s a ministry that calls upon us to not be ashamed of Jesus' words, Jesus' gospel, or Jesus Himself, but instead make it our lives' work to make Him known to the world.

So set aside some time and space to ask yourselves the tough questions of where you are going in life and whether it follows Jesus' priorities:

    • Are you interested in full-time paid ministry but unsure if you're the right man/woman for the task?
    • Have you been thinking about going to theological college, but unsure what you'll do after that?
    • Would you like to serve God by teaching the Bible, but don't know how to proceed?
    • Have you been told you should be a pastor, but you are wondering if you should?

If you've been thinking about how much it matters that we use all that God has given us in this life to proclaim His glory, then Ministry Matters is for you. Email us at mm@ggf.org.my, or contact Joel Tan at 014-3289307 to find out how you could sign up for this.
